Can anyone find a picture of this guy? (Found it, move along)

If anyone has a local newspaper + a scanner I would love to see a picture of this guy:

I think there's a good chance I worked for him ~10 years ago but none of the local news sites seem to have his picture. I've tried the local TV stations KGW, KATU, KOIN, and KPTV with no luck.

What a stupid news site. They didn't accept 1900 as year of birth but ok with 1901. Don't they realize it is a major turn-off if they ask their users enter some info to cont. reading?
