That he gave on a meeting of a young black persons' group - I don't remember the exact name of the organization, I was half-asleep as I was watching this, it may have been the Young Black Democrats or something. But the meat of his statement was in regards to this new generation of blacks in America - basically, get off the gangsta rap crap, go to college, get a job, and live life with some dignity (my own harsh paraphrasing), because the white America that felt guilt over the 1960's and 70's is passing away, and that black America won't have much longer to redeem itself before losing any extra help it may have in the real world.
