Newegg has it for $204, but i think I can do better than that.

which opteron?

edit: if it's not a dual capable opteron (iirc the model would be a 2xx ie: 240), why get a dual board?

if he really wants the msi, just let him pay 5 bucks more, it's worth it to buy from someone reputable like newegg when it's only 5 bucks.
