Why does W98/IE5 keep multiple copies of cache files & cookies in subdirectories with alpha/numeric designations under Windows\Temporary internet files\?
You can empty the cache files from your browser but you are still left with multiple sub directories with identical copies of cookies.

Is this a bug or a feature?
