Can anyone decipher these 98SE OE exceptions??

I'm getting these codes so far on a not so fresh install:

OE exception in 0028:C149B04E in VxD MSTCP(01) + 0000509E
OE exception in 0028:C152F6E6 in VxD AFVXD(01) + 00004B46

I've done a little hunting and can't find these codes. What needs to be updated to fix these?
Thanks folks!

VXD errors are associated, mainly, with RAM. Try swapping out your RAM for another stick. Is this error random? On boot? Do you have a SB Live! card? If so, that also causes VXD errors. Try downloading the Live!ware 3.0 drivers.

Thanks for the suggestion!
I pulled a stick of RAM that I recently put in(guess I should've caught on, but I thought it was fine) and the errors decreased. I still got the afvxd one though, so I reinstalled my USB NIC drivers, seems to have fixed it.
Here's for reference for the next poor chap who has similar problems, try the RAM and device drivers.
