something along the lines of succeeding quickly, quick success that stuff =)

direct translation is something like "the horse got here, so is success" something like in the good old day, you need a horse to get around, so if you have a horse, you can do everything more easily, thus, success will follow... something like that.

PS: now that I think about it, I think it might have some war reference, like the warrior and their horses. ie: the King saw the horses came back, which means they won the war and came back with their horses.
