Credit union memo is for "free" $2,000 "accidental" death & dismemberment insurance (AD&D) policy.
$1.10 per every $10K coverage up to $250K.
So I thought this was a good idea, but somebody told me this is *NOT* life insurance and that I should look into *real* life insurance.
What do I need?? I don't think my wife would need much if anything happened to me......(at least not monetarily). We're not rich, but have handled our money wisely. If I died today, $50K would pay off our house & then we'd literally have zero debt outside of taxes & food.
Any suggestions??? (35yr old w/ 2 kids)
