Can anybody recommend a good Skype phone?

Hello... I am looking to purchase a wireless skype phone which would be used at my workplace for things such as calling other locations to do stock checks and that kind of thing. I need a quality phone that will have a reasonable range and voice quality, but I don't have much experience with these phones. All of my skype useage has been with a headset in front of my PC. Can anybody recommend a decent phone?

I was looking at This phone at Newegg for $75. Any thoughts?

Logitech makes a decent one around the same price.

If you want a WiFi model there are several now as well starting around $150.
