Can anybody recognize this printer part?

This is a HP G55xi inkjet service station at the top. Behind it are two rubber pads, one of which is shown below. The other one I lost.

Does that rubber pad have a particular name and any way to order that?

Otherwise, I'll just buy a generic rubber pad and fit it in. I was just wondering if it's supposed to fit very snugly so that it's never supposed to come out, in which case, why not just fill it with glue or something like that so that ink doesn't flow through it.
