I swear, asking a question to ATOT...unbelievable.

Can I PLEASE get one serious response? :p

Doesn't really matter tho, I've given up on home remedies.

Ok a serious reply.

Believe it or not, the best thing to get a set in stain out is the same thing that MADE the stain. Get the area wet with whatever made the stain and THEN use soap or someother cleaner while it's still wet.

Try it!

(let me know how it goes! I learned this a LONG time ago, but always forget to try it...) ;)

How about undiluted tide with bleach,

on greasy stains i sometimes use Lestoil,

wash in Hot water..

I still say Rit Dye.. ;)

Problem: Yellowed White

Solution:
Use Rit Color Brightener to safely help remove yellowing.

Use hot water (130°F+) and sufficient detergent.

If fibers have not been damaged beyond repair by bleach (check fabric for tears and bleach spots), use above solution to remove or reduce yellowing. If fibers have been damaged, the problem is irreversible.

Problem: Dingy or yellowed non-bleachable whites

Solution:
Use Rit White-Wash with regular detergent and hot water on non-bleachable white garments such as lingerie, white sportswear, and white hospital uniforms.

Notes: Do not use on whites with colored trim. Yellowing from bleaching non-bleachables is irreversible.

Problem: Dingy-grey whites

Solution:
To help whiten dingy-grey whites and brighten dull colors without bleach, add Rit Whitener & Brightener to regular detergent and hottest water safe for fabric.

Dingy colors on dyeable items* can also be renewed with Rit Dye in a color similar to item's original color.

Problem: Dingy or stained colors

Solution:
To help brighten colorful and/or stained items safely, add Rit Color Brightener to regular detergent and hottest water safe for fabric.

I have Oxy Clean and despite what Billy Maze says, it works about as well as water. Don't buy it.
