The CPU is an Athlon/Opteron 940-pin CPU with the following written on the heatspreader:

AM8100049073
D222G30
RFB24134
Engineering Sample
F5145

Thanks!

EDIT: Someone asked their friend at AMD; apparently this is a FX-51 Engineering Sample.

Now to find a 940 board and some cheap registered DIMMs.

Well i could be off but it looks like an Opteron 940 running at 2.4Gig (24 is gigahertz, the 13 is the die size, and im not sure about the 4)

Someone else could probably give you a much more solid answer, im taking an educated guess.

Believe me, if I had a 940-pin board I would have posted these already. :) Thanks for the replies so far.

Isn't the "4" for 512K cache?
