Can anybody help me here with 'IMGEDIT.OCX'?

I'm not sure where this thread suppose to go, I'm guessing software but I figure I would get a faster response here. Sorry mods if this thread gets you annoyed. =D

Well, I'm trying to get this program to work and everytime I click on it to open it would say

Component 'IMGEDIT.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

So where do I get this file and how do I register it correctly? Its really pissing me off because I would really like to use this program. When I had Windows 2000, it worked fine but with XP, it's not happening. HELP!!!

I tried reinstalling it about a hundred times and I think there's a file I need to download to get it to work. Anybody have it? I'm guessing people who are using Windows 98 or Windows 2000 might have this file and can send me it.

Once your find that file to register it type at the dos prompt:

regsvr32 <enter path to the file here>

I tried that before, it was so retarded. When I hit enter, it would say it can't find the file or some sh*t and that make sure its in window\system which it was! The friggin file was right there and it said it couldn't find it! How gay!!!

maybe the ocx requires another dll so it can't be loaded for registration.
