Just wondering. Both of the RAW conversion programs that I use with my XT (Canon Raw Image Processor and Pixmantec RSE) output uncompressed TIFF images at about 23MB each. I've run a couple of these through Paintshop Pro 8, which can make (losslessly) compressed TIFFs, but it strips all the EXIF data out.
