Can any other players play Itunes (acc) files besides ipods?

I am into the pepsi contest and have about 18. I have a PC though and want to know if there is a Rio or othe mp3 player I can use to listen to my purchased music.

You can convert the files from iTunes into mp3 format. They loose some quality, but unless you have great headphones, you'll never be able to tell.

That's really the only solution as of now. You'll have to re-add the tag info.

However, I do remember reading RealOne was getting AAC support, so I'm guessing we'll start seeing the tech in other PLAYERS as well. Or at least some third party software/firmware to allow for it, as more is being known about the standard.

Just because something can read an AAC file doesn't mean it can read an encrypted AAC file like you'd get from the iTMS.

What if I buy an ipod and get it formated for Windows? Can I download and use the encrypted ACC files?
