Can any integrated graphics play CS:S and TF2?

If I am interpreting your game references correctly (Counter Strike: Source, Team Fortress 2) then I would hazard a guess the just about any laptop made in the last year would run them. With that said if you want them to run as well as possible I wouldn't try using it on a Celeron processor based laptop with 512mb of ram. It sounds like you are wanting something fairly portable, there are lots of options in that size range depending on your budget. I would also say you will likely get better performance overall from a video chipset made by one of the big 2 (nVidia & ATI) rather than Intel or Via based graphics.

I tried running TF2 on my laptop for kicks..
Forcing DirectX 8.1, low everything and 800x600 resolution, I get between 30fps when in heavy firefights to 110fps staring at a wall.
That's with the ATI Mobility Radeon X1300, which is quite a bit better than Intel's integrated X3100 graphics, although CPU may help out a bit.

AMD's 780G is the current top performer for chipset-integrated 3D - by far and large.
