Can any backup camera hook up to a Pioneer double din?

My wife has a Pioneer 270bt double din and I was thinking about getting a backup camera for it. I looked on amazon and Pioneer's camera is really expensive but noticed there are some cheap cameras available. If this is possible, what all would I need to get it to work?

Look at the specs on the unit. It should say something like PAL or NTSC, RCA jack, etc.

From the head unit page: "Pioneer recommends using a camera with a mirror image (reversed) output." Looks like it's composite video, so a composite camera with a mirror image should work fine.
