A lot a really tough issues raised in that article.. I can see why it was difficult to comment.

When does religion violate anti-discrimmination laws? I think the private school has a right but only if she signs a contract before hiring on that that is a condition of her employment. It gets tougher with race but then I don't know any legitinate mainstream religion that discriminates because of race (mormons were tha last 1978).. And the courts ruled against them....
