Can Antec SP-350 push X1600XT RADEON PCI-e?

A64 Venice 3000+ OC'd to 2.3GHz and a
Sempron 64 2800+ I have yet to build with, but will OC.

I ordered the vid listed in the title.

Will the listed PSU be enough? It's my only 24-pin PSU.

1 op drive
1 gb mem
