Can an xp-120 heatsink fit on a Chantech Vnf3 250 motherboard? HELP! What about xp-90?

I really want to get the xp-120 because it can house a massive 120mm fan on top of it without the use of zipties! Will it fit on this motherboard?

It should be ok. Those caps do look awefully close but I think it will be fine.
