Can an orb handle 1.1ghz?

Putting together my new system and don't want any heat issues. I have a Fong Kai 320 with a Panaflo 120mm intake in the front and a Panaflo 92mm exhaust in the rear. I've got my 1.1ghz sitting here, read to be installed, but I read that Tbirds over 1 ghz get extremely hot at the core. With my cooling setup (i won't be overclocking) I'm guessing that I'll be ok. Thoughts?

hmmm... not really... at 1.1ghz, you'll be running the chip at around 35C over ambient, which means probably a 60+C core temp, Regardless of what the mb-thermistor tells you.

Well a Super Orb should be fine, as they are guranteed to work up to 1.5Ghz, but I don't think the Chrome Orb is a good choice, I hear that if you go above 800Mhz you shouldn't use the Chrome Orb.

Man, at that speed, your G-oRB is running rougly 38C over ambient case temp. Irregardless of what the thermistor is measuring(which is likely much lower).
