I'm browsing some pictures I have just taken today with my camera.
And I notice - there is a black, uniform, thin bar that stretches all across my Dell 2005FPW LCD monitor, at the very top of the screen. It's not solid black, but the colours there are noticeable darker than the rest of the screen. The same bar is also at the bottom of the screen. It's like if you took a piece of clear tape, but with a shade of black in it, and taped it across the bottom and top of the screen.
It's not my pictures, because it's there also with a black background I just made in paint.
The reason I think of burn-in, is because the top black bar is exactly where the title bar of my maximized windows usually are, and the bottom black bar is exactly where the windows start bar always is. I'm really at a loss, any input would be nice.
