Can an AMD E-450 handle this?

Getting a Zotac Zbox AD04 to use as an HTPC. Now I am wondering if the AMD E-450 chip can handle up to 6 streams from my Silicondust HD HomeRun Prime setup. Anybody here got experience with these CPU's doing this? I've got a Seagate Momentus XT series II drive I am going to slap in there for an HDD, and 8GB of RAM running for Windows 8. I'm sure it'll do 3 streams, but I am having worries about 6.
