Update: Hey, thanks for the replies and concerns. Well, it seems that my parents changed their itinerary and are supposed to arrive today. The itinerary they forwarded said they were arriving yesterday, hence the confusion and worrying. Hopefully, I'll hear from them today!

Also, spoke to U.S Customs when I was trying to figure out if they were on the plane yesterday. They couldn't be nicer. I was so surprised. He looked up their info in their database, saw the date when they left and confirmed they were not on yesterday's flight. :thumbsup: to them.

What do you mean by "give passenger info." That's a pretty broad request. What, specifically, do you want to know?
