Can adobe premiere capture video from my tv tuner card?

I have Leadtek's WinFast 2000 XP tv tuner card and adobe premiere pro. Can I use the capture features in adobe premiere to record something from the tv tuner? It doesn't seem to find my tuner card automatically...

Premiere Pro only captures from qualified hardware (not your card) Basically its a DV capture solution that can import footage.

My experience with Premiere is that its a poor analog capture solution anyway, its such a resource hog. Just capture with something simple and import the footage into premiere for editing.
