Can Accessability Options be reinstalled in Windows XP

A couple of years ago I made a slipstreamed XP disc with Nlite in order to incorporate SP3. During the process I had selected for Accessability Options to be removed. I would like to be able to reinstall that on my system now. Is that possible to do? When I click on Accessability Options in Control Panel I get " Windows cannot find C\Windows\system32\accwiz.exe". If it's possible, what's involved with reinstalling Accessability Options in order to get that functionality back?

Can the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard in Windows XP select an individual program or setting for transfer, in this case the Accessability Options? I've never used the File and Transfer Wizard and I'm not sure of it's abilities or limitations.

I do not have xp in front of me, but if you go into add and remove programs on the left there is windows components you could see if you can re-enable / re-install it from there. It may ask you for a xp cd, you could use your original xp cd and just slipstream sp3 without taking anything out.

Add/Remove Programs doesn't list it in the windows components section. I guess when it was stripped out during the Nlite process it no longer appears in the windows components section of Add/Remove. The file accwiz.exe is the accessories wizard. If I am able to get that off of the original Windows XP and install it, would it prompt me for the specific files it needs when I try and run it? How would I find out which files make up the accessories options?
