Can a tv card do this?

I am looking at TV cards namely leadtek and msi products.

I wanted to also be able to run in video casette output and transfer to dvd, besides the cards standard TV functions. Most TV cards have s-video but my VCR only has RCA output. Is there an adapter to use or do I need a TV card that takes RCA. Leadtek delux and MSI tvanywhere master were the ones I am looking at. The msi seems to be ok to do this but I cant tell if the leadtek is. Any ideas on this? Thank you

I have the Leadtek card, and it comes with a RCA/S-video plug that allows you to use either. You'd still need a plug to convert the L/R audio out from the VCR to the smaller 1/8" audio input, but you should be good to go.

Check out the link above, and click on More Images - you'll see the RCA/S-video cord I am talking about.
