can a shuttle xpc handles radeon 4850?

Thinking of building a small computer and the shuttle looks interesting. But I have some quick questions. Can the shuttle xpc psu (400 watts) handle a radeon 4850? Can card even fits in there? And does the psu has the power pin for the card?

Don't plans to put a lot of stuff in the box, 1 dvd, 1 hdd, 4 GB rams.
