Can a Sharpee pentel pen block conduction (xp unlocking disaster fix)

first of all I admit I sort of rushed this unlocking job xp agoia. and indadvertenly the super glue found its way over some of the points of the L1 bridges.
I tried to scrape the contacts free with a scalpel but again was to agressive and may have exposed some copper between two bridges. They dont touch each other and I am able to use the xp at default multiplier.
However the exposed copper between the two bridges makes it close to impossible to unlock this xp.

I have to cover the exposed copper to be able to unlock this cpu without connecting the adjacent bridges. I could use superglue but the area is so small.

can I use a sharpee black pen to touch up the exposed copper? or will this still conduct the electricity. if not any suggestionson what to use? Its really small

thanks

Normally I would just crank the fsb but I only have pc2100 and a kt266a board so i dont have memory dividers so cant really crank the fsb to 160
