I was looking at the TYAN Thunder K8W, and was wondering if itsSSI EEB 3 Form Factor allow for usage in a standard ATX case.

Thx

What case in particular? It would fit some ATX cases, but not all, due to its width.

Yeah, it's deeper front to back that a regular ATX so you would want to see a depth measurement of at least 18", 19" better yet. Some Enermax are built deep like that. Also Athenatech/AGPB 800 series. and a PCMCIS case from Fry's/Outpost.

I've found another case that might be good. The Chenbro 610/611 series ~19' deep. See coolcases.com .
