Hi, I am kinda guessing that mobo's advertised for Duron will also take Sempron cpus but I thought better to check with the buys that know. So?

If its a socket A Sempron yes, and if the motherboard supports a FSB of 333MHz, yes.

If the motherboard doesn't support at least 333MHz FSB, the Sempron will run at a slower speed than it should.
