Question Can a proprietary form factor PSU be rebuilt?

I have been using an Antec Aria case for many years and just love it. The size, accessibility and look are terrific for sitting on my desk top. The problem is that the computer I built inside the case is very old and needs to be overhauled. I was informed that the PSU should be replaced due to age and also the lower power (300W). What I am wondering is if it might be possible to have the PSU rebuilt (keeping the outside dimensions intact) to a higher wattage and with new components. If so, where might I have this done since I wouldn't know how to do it myself, and could this be accomplished cost effectively? Thank you in advance for your replies.

I don't know if you saw my follow-up comment in your initial thread, but have you compared the size of SFX and TFX PSUs, to your existing one?

Oh, this. Believe me, if there were a market for this, some Asian company would have already done it.

Just buy the 350W replacement on Amazon, and then worry about fitting your components into 300W. I'm thinking around a 10600 or 3600, and a GTX 1650 Super.
