Can a P4 PSU be used with and Athlon??

In other words,is the ATX 2.03 specification backward compaitble??
Can i use a 350W P4 PS for and Athlon 1.4GHz???

Yes you can,I`ve a Enermax 350w which is P4 compatiable,right I now I`m using it with my AMD T-bird.

FYI: P4 and AMD require almost the same juice, except for the vcore..So the answer is yes. I never seen an Intel Approved PS and is not also AMD PS approved yet.
