Can a non-Tualatin 815EP be modded like a BX?

Looks like the BX mod for a Tualatin is a pretty standard mod these days. Can an Intel 815EP chipset motherboard that only supports FCPGA cpu's be modified to run a FCPGA2 cpu?

Yep works the same way... i've done it on both a BX and an 815... works fine so far. My bro has a Celeron 1.1A @ 1.54 on his BX.
