I got a question. Last week I accidentally damaged my MS Wireless comfort desktop set's dongle by bumping into it and it bend slightly and since then I request ms replacement and it arrive today. I am wondering if there is a way to repair the dongle. The computer still recognize there is something in USB slot but the window say it is malfunctioning.
My former keyboard and mouse are still relatively new and I am wondering if there is a way to repair ym old dongle since the new dongle will not recognize the old keyboard and mouse.
