I have a ASUS A7V133, with a TB 1,2 GHz. The cpu is able to run 133 at fsb. And the multiplier is not locked (it's AXIA). Anyway i can run 12x100 fine, but 9x133 won't, it locks up. So I've checked the CPU in a friend's computer, no probs there. I've tried some other RAM, didn't help (PC133 of course).
So i was wondering, could it be my motherboard ??

Was your friends motherboard a ASUS A7V133?? If not maybe your motherboard supply a lower voltage by some .01v (then your friends did) so maybe a voltage raise could help.

what powersupply are you using?

the reason i ask is on an a7v133 i used to use it had a cheap powersupply, it could run a duron at 900mhz by way of 9x100mhz but it was unstable with 866mhz by way of 6.5x133

but... as soon as i swapped to an enlight 300w powersupply it would run very stable at 933mhz by way of 7x133

running the fsb at 133mhz requires more power then 100mhz

Well i don't know what the name of the powersupply is, but he uses the same one, and runs 133 at fsb, without problems.. Allthough not same motherboard, i've tried to raise my vcore, as high as 1.85 (default is 1.75). It didn't change anything..
