Can a laptop be Dual Channel and share memory with integrated video?

I just got a Dell E1405 with 512mb DDR2 533MHz and integrated Intel 950 video.

I want to upgrade to 1 Gig of RAM by buying from Newegg, but I just have a question. Will I be able to run in dual channel with two sticks of RAM that may not be exactly matching (i.e. different companies or timings) and is it even possible with a video system sharing memory?

If anyone has some experience, can you recommend which stick of RAM might be best to buy?!

Thanks everyone.

The integrated video will get a performance boost from running dual channel as well. It's best to have matching sticks for dual channel, it may or may not work if they are differant brands, but try to have similar timings.

OK, thanks.
Now I need to decide whether I want 2x512mb or 2x1024mb of 533MHz or 667MHz.
