Can a good CPU+RAM suffice the need of Graphic card?

First of all i am a noob on computer stuff.
I am planning to get a new rig for gaming(not quite serious but more than casual)
My budget is under $1000
So I am getting I7-2600k+some 8Gigs ram@1600mhz
As my budget is limited I don't think i could get a graphics card now.I'll plan after some 6 months on it
So my question is with some really good CPU+RAM, will I be able to play latest games without any graphics card?
I'd be happy if you tell me how this thing works.
Thank you

You'd be better off with the 2500k and put the $ difference toward a graphics card.

I agree. For gamers, the i5-2500K is much better than the i7-2600K. Granted, the difference in price, currently about $100 at Newegg, isn't enough to buy a high-end graphics card, but it's a good start on a decent one.

Oh yes, I thought of it too,but please do answer my question, can a good CPU+RAM suffice the need for Graphics card?

since i recently been back to this board, i noticed theres not many quality responses.

the answer is.. maybe if you plan on playing old games. but the cpu, even onboard graphics are not capable of some of the rendering built into graphics cards. for anything modern - such as High resolutions, DX11, etc. you realy would be lacking all of the above with low frame rates without a card.

A couple of the most important components for a gaming system in my opinion are the PSU, and Graphics Card... I(IMO) would put higher budget priority if your funds are limited tward those 2 components and get budget/bang for ur buck components for the rest.
