I've always wondered this. Let's say in front of a cop, I blaze right upto 60mph in 65 zone. Can he still pull me over? You know the situation.

Was it crowded? On more than one ocassion back home when it's been in the middle of a snow storm I've gone to a big empty parking lot (like walmart size) and in my mom's subaru played at being colin mcrae. If this were true wouldn't they be adding "driving under a suspended license" to the charges?
