For example when playing CoD:UO certain servers can change settings resulting in getting kicked from that server, there was one setting in particular that was the default when you installed the game for which I had to change in order to prevent from getting kicked because some servers had changed the settings.
but my question is, is VAC good enough to differentiate between a console commands and a cheat ?
if you get kicked from having a different or acceptable setting, I hope that doesn't mean you'll fall under banned list.
I looked at Valves FAQ's and could not find anything on this. I'm all for Valve is taking cheaters out but is there a possibility that VAC can ban someone who was not cheating ?
