Wondering if my badgers can sneak into one.

Michigan and Ohio State will both go to one.

Then every team above the Badgers plays each other before the end of the season.

Badgers are currently #9.

Aren't the top 12 teams guaranteed BCS bids unless the conference winners aren't in the top 12?

Can't have that many guarenteed. There are only 5 bowl games which would mean 10 teams.

How many automatics are there, and how many at large bids are out there?

OK, so I gotta hope for OSU to kill Michigan and hope that the Badgers jump them. Got it. Thanks.

Only 2 teams from a conf can play in the BCS.

Here are the rules.

I don't see any lines in the rules that make sense about only 2 teams from one conference.

All teams earning automatic berths must be selected. No more than two teams from any single Conference may play in BCS games in a single year, regardless of whether they are automatic qualifiers or at-large picks.

Its a stupid rule too because each year in the big ten you dont play 2 of the other 10 teams.

It means you could have 3 teams go through the big ten undefeated and one wouldn't even get a BCS bowl.
