Can a Compaq Armada M700 CPU be Upgraded???

Anyone know if a Compaq Armada M700 Notebook CPU can be upgraded? I currently have a PIII-650 but I'm assuming that if they use some sort of socket (as oppossed to soldering on the cpu) that I can pop a mobile PIII up to 900-1000 whatever they have out now in. The compaq website and documentation only shows that the CPU and System board as one part number and doesn't mention whether the CPU is soldered or in some sort of socket.

You can just about bet that the CPU is soldered in a laptop. The space and mechanical integrity aspects demand it.
