I signed up for a 7 day trial membership at a porn site. 7 days = $4.99 I cancelled my membership on the 4th day, because if you don't the site will hit your CC# for 30 days and charge you the $30 monthly fee. They do this when you don't cancel, as I'm sure most are well aware. We'll I've been back to the site for over the last 2 months and I still have access!! Eventhough I cancelled, I still have access to the site and they haven't charged me.
So my question (s) are:
1) Can they tell that I've been accessing there site? Is there a log that shows up of users that have looked at there movies, pics and such?
2) If they find this out, can they hit my CC#, because I'm still accessing there site? Eventough I cancelled my membership in advance?
I mean isn't it there systems fault that they havn'e cancelled my account?
3) Should I cancel my CC#, and have Visa send me a new card. If the card is cancelled then the company can not charge me.
Any help would be appreciated...
