Can a 939 NF3 run 4x512 memory at 200?

Gigabyte K8NSC board, Venice 3K chip. 4x512 Kingston HyperX memory.

Adding the second pair dropped ram speed to 166, can this chipset run it at 200?

Are they double sided RAM? I know that's what my Gigabyte board has...it can only run dual channel with single sided RAM in all 4 slots...otherwise it can run double sided RAM in only 3 of the 4 slots.

NF3 doesn't run DIMMs. At all. The RAM controller is in the CPU.

Two double-sided DIMMs (per channel) is way past safe operation at 200 MHz. YMMV, but per the definitions of the DDR standards you'll have to step back to 166 MHz - if your board's BIOS did that automatically, it did right.
