can a 266fsb t-bird run on a KT133 board?

probably a dumb question, but I'd like to know if I could put a 1.2 ghz 266 fsb t-bird into my aging MSI K7TPro2A while I wait for the Nforce.
 
It would work at 900 without any additional work. offcoure if your mobo supports it you can run it at 12*100 as well. ( I think the cpu should be factory unlocked)
