Can a 1.4ghz socket 370 fit in a chaintech CT6AJA4?

I have a chaintech CT6AJA 4 motherboard with currently a p3 1ghz. Now, can i place a toulain(or whatever it is called) socket 370 1.4 ghz on it.

Is it compatible?
