Can 4 very good friends share 1 small, cheap, apartment?

We're all either sick of our families, or sick of commuting. 3 guys, 1 girl (1 couple). We can't afford to do it on our own...

Of course, we'd need to find some way to bring Josh's ridiculous, heavy, expensive pool table with us... And we'd need 4 parking spaces. No landline, cable intarweb is a neccessity, and however much electricity 4 people consume.

We could aggregate our usenet accounts into a single account to save some money (since we'd have the same IP).

Don't need a TV. Already have furniture. What's the catch, here? We can't find any reason NOT to do it (other than my having to reregister my car and getting a PA driver's license)

I never had problems rooming with friends...I don't have the horror stories that seem so prevalent.

Edit: We fix 6 people (about 8-12 depending on the SO situation at a particular time) into a 3 bedroom, 2 bath place.
