Can 200w picopsu handle this built?

Definitely, just don't add anything more. You should be at about ~130 - 150 watt peak

Pico PSUs are only made to 160W. There are other small PSUs of varying wattages, but they are not a "Pico PSU" brand. Calling them such would be like calling all cars a "Ford."

And yes, the 160W Pico PSU should work. You will need a power brick with at least 160W to handle the full power available.

isn't PW-200-M reliable.
it is manufactured by mini-box as well.

picoPSU 160XT is 96W on 12v rail.

PW 200 M is 162W on 12v rail.

You have to be careful about how these power supplies distribute their available power on the 12v rail. These aren't bad, but there are some out there that are really low on the 12v.
