How much longer are you planning to drive your 20 year old car? It doesn't hurt to call a dealer and ask for their price, but unless you are planning to restore your Camry, I would go with the cheaper part unless the OEM is the same price.

not long. the wheel does shimmy back and forth when the tire alignment guy did some quick start stops to show me what was wrong. but driving it feels pretty normal, i woudln't have known if he didn't tell me about it. so how long does such a thing have? does it degrade until you know its really shot? or does your suspension just fall out lol:) the question really is whether its worth it before i buy a new car.

If you're planning on keeping the car a year or two more I'd take car of it. If you're going to replace it in the next few months I'd leave it.
