well, actually they dont.

Apparently in our coffee house there was a man masturbating(yeah, it gets better). He was on the second floor of a 2 story building with only 1 staircase leading to the second floor. Campus Safety was called and found him, yet he somehow escaped! How the fvck does someone escape from officers(2 I think) from a building with only 1 way out??? I'm imagining chief wigam chasing this guy or something. These guys are a joke...:roll:
