Does anyone here attend a school. Where they have a campus wide software agreements with macromedia or adboe. I was just wondering if these companies do those types of agreements. For example, at my school we have a campus wide Microsoft agrement I can go to the book store and buy authentic copies of office xp pro windows xp pro and several other Microsoft programs from 5 to 9 dollars.

Macromedia does them, but I don't think you see quite as nice of a purchase discount as the MS agreements have. Macromedia will also do onsite training for their products as well as onsite support depending on what you pay for. I don't know about Adobe.

Yeah MS, Macromedia, Adobe should all do them--but prices depend on what the school negotiates with them. My school had crappy prices for students compared to a lot of what I've been reading here. Sure they were cheap(er)--but you paid $100 for something that goes for like $300 retail--nothing like the $5-$10 MS software cd's I've been hearing about. On the other hand, a lot of these prices were pretty good for departments on campus--not bad for getting Flash for $100 and Acrobat for $70 (compared to retail). But most college students don't wanna pay that much....
